As we continue to hear reports of naturalization personal investigations, also called neighborhood visits, the NAC has created an editable know-your-rights card for applicants who have submitted their N-400s. These cards can help applicants understand how to respond if USCIS comes to their home. (Thanks to Esperanza Immigration Legal Services for creating the initial version of this card.)

NAC partner HIAS Pennsylvania also created know-your-rights cards with more concise messaging and a reverse side which can be shown to the USCIS officer. We encourage you to pick the format you prefer, or use these as an example to create your own.
