A few weeks ago, about 20 local media attended a roundtable discussion on the importance of naturalization. During the conversation, naturalization advocates talked about the benefits of citizenship. Media representatives and participants were encouraged to promote citizenship to local Los Angeles immigrant communities.
The roundtable also invited four recently naturalized Americans to share their personal stories on becoming citizens, and share how the New Americans Campaign help them realize their American dreams.
